After two years of running sales on Monday.com, a tool never built to be a CRM, the company's pipeline had sprawled into 54 separate boards for a team of eight. The same client could sit on four of them at once. Task lists, deal stages, and partner records were all crammed into the same pipeline, so no report could be trusted. Around it sat two more tools nobody really used: a dormant email platform and a barely-touched landing-page builder.

What it was costing: the founder had just put a new salesperson on the payroll and had no way to see whether that person was making calls, booking meetings, or stalling. There was no view of who was doing what. Coaching was guesswork, and the business had hit a ceiling it could not push through while its own system was this opaque.
